CDW partnered with myBasePay to implement an Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) solution. myBasePay transitioned contingent workers from third-party staffing firms into a centralized, compliant structure, eliminating unnecessary markup and aligning with CDW's internal workforce strategy. Eligible workers roll over to myBasePay after 12 months on assignment.
